Recommend you travel light. Luggage carts are available, but elevator is small and you cannot take carts into the room to load or unload. Otherwise, excellent Beach with easy access. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and recreation nearby

We enjoyed staying at Phoenix II. It was more laid back and much less crowded than the newer large complexes. The Condo was nice and true to how it was advertised. It could use some touch up as some of the walls are damaged. The kitchen has been remodeled nicely. Overall, clean and nice condo!

We had a great time at this condo!The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable! Host was very quick to respond to a couple small issues we had. The only real issue we struggled with was the slider door to the balcony. We were ages 57-70 and the slider door was very hard to open and close. Had to use full body weight to move it. I hope next time we stay there it’s easier to “slide”. Beach access, property amenities were awesome! As vrbo owners and managers- overall we were very pleased with our stay and would most certainly stay here again! Thanks for a memorable trip!
