Your fishing adventure begins at this cozy 2-bedroom house on the famous Kenai River. With 2 king beds, 1 twin XL bunk bed, and 2 twin beds, this phenomenal property is perfect for a large family or gathering with friends. Enjoy the fantastic amenities like a private fishing dock, fish cleaning station, gazebo, gas fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. There is a huge deck with outdoor seating and dining overlooking the breathtaking Kenai River. There is a utility room with a freezer and vacuum sealer to take care of your fish during your stay, Experience what Sterling has to offer with a stay at our house. We are less than ten minutes from grocery, gas, and restaurants. Relax by the fire under the gazebo after a great day of fishing!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO cleaning or processing fish inside. You will be charged $500 fee!
Children under 18 must wear a life jacket on the dock.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No hanging at the firepit after 10pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Our dream of owning our own piece of property on the Kenai River became a reality in the fall of 2024. We look forward to generations of memories and being able to share this blessing with our family and friends.

The house is on a private and quiet street. There is plenty of parking for family and friends. The huge deck and gazebo are perfect for connecting and enjoying the breathtaking views of the Kenai River.

The house has been completely remodeled and everything in it is brand new. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. There are amazing views of the river from every window.
