Your fishing adventure begins at this cozy 2-bedroom house on the famous Kenai River. With 2 king beds, 1 twin XL bunk bed, and 2 twin beds, this phenomenal property is perfect for a large family or gathering with friends. Enjoy the fantastic amenities like a private fishing dock, fish cleaning station, gazebo, gas fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. There is a huge deck with outdoor seating and dining overlooking the breathtaking Kenai River. There is a small bait shed with a vacuum sealer, a few rods, canopy, and extra chairs. Come experience what Sterling has to offer with a stay at our house. We are less than ten minutes from grocery, gas, and restaurants. Relax by the fire under the gazebo after a great day of fishing!

Perfect location on the Kenai River!! The host communicates well. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, a bunk bed and additional sleeping available in a large storage area. Both bathrooms are updated and stocked with essentials. The deck outside has a beautiful view of the river.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had such a peaceful, serene atmosphere. The views were breathtaking, and fishing off the small private pier was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Everything was thoughtfully provided, including new appliances and so many wonderful extras that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The communication with the host was excellent from start to finish.The only thing that could be considered a “con” is that the property is remote—but honestly, that ended up being part of what made it so special. It gave us the opportunity to truly disconnect and experience the incredible natural beauty of Alaska. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our dream of owning our own piece of property on the Kenai River became a reality in the fall of 2024. We look forward to generations of memories and being able to share this blessing with our family and friends.

The house is on a private and quiet street. There is plenty of parking for family and friends. The huge deck and gazebo are perfect for connecting and enjoying the breathtaking views of the Kenai River.

What makes this property unique

The house has been completely remodeled and everything in it is brand new. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. There are amazing views of the river from every window.
