*NEW heated saltwater pool in Nov 2026 (not before). SOL is one block from the beach and less than one mile from 6 pickleball courts. Spacious 2000 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. Master suite has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

The house was very clean. The location was great - walking distance to the beach & close to restaurants, shops & Cape Canaveral. It was perfect for our family bc each bedroom had its own bathroom. We had a great time!

There were several small things that needed to be fixed when we got there. Then the shower in one of the bathrooms would not turn off so we had to go a night without water until it was fixed the next day. Its proximity to the beach is wonderful and the drive to get to any stores or food was not bad either.

You reported late on Sunday night that a shower valve would not shut off. I immediately called a plumber to arrange to be fixed in the morning. These things happen when you own a home, rental or not. I asked that you shut off the water to the house AFTER you're finished using water for the night. The valve was changed the following morning and I thanked you for your patience as these are unforeseen issues. If you decided not to use water in the morning, that was on you. Three stars would indicate that something was advertised that was not there or an issue was not addressed in a prompt manner. Both of these will be false. Keep that in mind the next time you decide to rent anywhere. Thank you

This property was even nicer than described! Very clean and furniture/beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice dishes and I’ve never seen so many different pots and pans which was amazing! This location was convenient to everything! It was only maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach where we were able to see several rocket launches during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent place to enjoy the beach!

This place is really peaceful. Lots of space inside, really roomy and the rooms are laid out pretty cool, with each room having its own shower and restroom with and extra half bath downstairs. Great place to relax after the beach or long day out shopping.

Excellent location and great space!

My family had an amazing time here! My daughter learned to surf and we really enjoyed the foosball table at the home. Publix, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance. The pier is also amazing! Great house and stay!

Fun Spring Break Location

The property is in a great location and was perfect for our family vacation. It's within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, putt-putt, grocery, etc. We never heard the tenants in the other side of the duplex and the street seemed quiet and low key. Greg was prompt and helpful throughout booking and the stay.

Love Cocoa Beach and wanted my own slice of heaven. I love to walk to the beach with my wife and kids and just enjoy everything the area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Cocoa Beach is so close to the cruises in Cape Canaveral and the theme parks in Orlando. But the theme parks can't offer you the beach and the relaxation...plus a private heated saltwater pool and lots of room to relax
