This beautiful Cottage has two bedrooms (one full and two twins) and one full bathroom. This home has been newly renovated. The kitchen boasts all new appliances, plenty of kitchenware, and a dining area.
Beautifully furnished and stocked with all the amenities of home!

Always a pleasure staying in this cute cozy cottage. And the price is right!! This is our fourth time renting this home over the last 8 years. We love the updates that were made in the kitchen and the queen size bed upgrade in one of the bedrooms.The garbage truck did not come on Wednesday or Saturday morning as stated in the instructions, but was not a problem for us. We had a fabulous time and will be back!!

Nice property, but a few things to know about beforehand...

Our group of 3 adults stayed for a week earlier in August '23. The size of the place was sufficient, but there are a few things in the listing (and not) that should be noted. The 'Double' sized bed mentioned in the listing is incorrect. It is not a double (aka Full). It is a queen bed. We brought the wrong sized sheets for this room as a result. The refrigerator in the kitchen is not a regular 'full' sized unit as we were told when we asked before hand. It is a small fridge (about 24" wide) built into a cabinet. Not college dorm room sized or really, really small...just not your average fridge size. We had to remove some shelves etc. to fit what we brought along, and then put back together again when we left. Instructions re: garbage pick-up were incorrect on listing sheet. We did advise the realty group that previous week's garbage was left & not picked up...so we had very little space to put our garbage. Apparently only 1 of the 2 containers is pickup up 'At the house'. We believe the other bin needs to be left at curbside as area folks garbages were picked up with trucks with automated 'arms'. Be prepared to sweep the back deck and especially the outdoor shower every day, since berries from a tree above drops them constantly. Lastly, the grill was not working even after a full tank was brought over. It might 'possibly' work if cleaned fully and grill plates & burners replaced. (Or maybe just b$y a new one). Overall, a nice place. We adapted & enjoyed our stay.

Adorable house with everything needed

We loved our stay. The house was cute, clean, comfortable and well supplied for cooking. Our mattress gave me the best sleep I've had in months. We spent mornings on the back deck with coffee and evenings with wine. It was perfectly situated for breezes and partial sun. We mostly used the outdoor shower and loved it. We would definitely rent the house again.

Little RI Cottage

We love staying in this cute little cottage. It is small and quaint and perfect for a couple or a small family of 4. It's location is quiet but close to the marinas, beaches and our favorite restaurants. A perfect area for morning strolls and bike rides. We will be back!

Great place to stay

This place was perfect for our small family. House had everything we needed. Loved walking to the marina for breakfast, biking to the beach, and walking to get ice cream in the evening. Will definitely stay here again.

House was adorable, just as described, small so keep that in mind but immaculate and the back porch and outside shower were amazing. great for small family or a couple, only a little over a mile form the beach!!!!

Great Beach house

This house is perfect for a couple or small family. The back deck has a beautiful view and fantastic outdoor shower. 5 minutes from the beach and a quick walk to the Matunuck oyster bar.
