The space

You'll love staying in this place, with a spacious open-floor plan kitchen and living room perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the beach, rainforest or snorkeling adventures, cultural and historical explorations, or enjoying the gastronomy of Puerto Rico's numerous celebrity chefs and local eats!

Our place is well-appointed and well-maintained, offering a variety of kitchen amenities, TVs, beach chairs and towels, and a washer/dryer.

Building amenities include a pool, basketball courts, tennis courts and direct access to the beach! (The tennis courts are currently under repair as of January 2025)

The building has a gym with exercise equipment, cardio equipment, and weights. It is available for guests to use for $50 per guest per stay for stays up to one month; $50 a month for longer stays.

Important note as we go into hurricane season!!! Technically this apartment’s cancellation policy is 30 days. However, we understand that if a hurricane is coming to Puerto Rico, people might not want to travel. Therefore, for any bookings from September 1 to November 1, if there is a serious threat of a hurricane and you don’t want to come at that time, we would be happy to move your reservation to another date without any penalty. In other words, you can reschedule your vacation without losing any money with us!!!

Upon your arrival, you will find bath amenities including artisanal soaps, and all the information you'll need to plan a fantastic vacation.

We also have careful COVID 19 prevention measures including:

-We disinfect the apartment completely before and after each guest's arrival
-We provide a COVID kit for you upon your arrival including masks, hand sanitizers, and wipes.
