Spacious dog-friendly luxury home -relax and enjoy in a quiet community

Enjoy relaxation and luxury at our 3,200+ SF villa in the Villas at Fairway. This beautiful end unit townhome is larger than most single family homes in the area, and has been lovingly furnished to provide all of the amenities you could want or need while on your vacation. The first floor has a two story greatroom with a gas fireplace, perfect for those chilly non-summer nights. Enjoy the 82" 4K LED TV over the fireplace, complete with a Sonos surround sound system, which can easily be seen and heard from the kitchen and breakfast areas. The gourmet kitchen has an expansive breakfast bar where the family can enjoy meals or evening cocktails. Plenty of quartz counter space to prepare meals and snacks. Double oven gas range, with a combination microwave/convection oven above the range. A morning room flooded with light is situated off of the dining area. The master suite is located on the first floor, complete with a king sized bed, a 55" LED wall mount smart TV, and a private entry door to the rear deck, to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. The master bath has double sinks and a fully tiled 7' shower with a rain shower head as well as a conventional shower fixture. Two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a queen size bed and a 32" smart TV, and these bedrooms share their own full bathroom. The first floor also has a supersized washer and dryer.

The second floor loft is perfect for kids to watch TV - with a 55" 4K LED TV, and plenty of seating. There is a fourth large bedroom on the second floor, complete with a 48" smart TV, with an adjoining bath, that can easily serve as a second master suite for groups with couples. A fifth bedroom/bonus room with two extra long twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa and a Smart LED TV - perfect for the kids as a playroom by day and additional sleeping at night.

All of the TVs are hard wired for both cable and internet, so no streaming issues. The house has also been wired and fitted with a commercial grade mesh system for the internet service - so all of the family can enjoy their wireless electronics without buffering. And complementing the TV surround sound are Sonos speakers in every bedroom, so everyone can listen to their favorite music.

Outside is a composite deck that runs the full length of the home with a patio seating group to enjoy the views. Cook your favorite eats on the gas grill with a dedicated propane line. And after a long day at the beach, enjoy a refreshing cleanse in the oversized outdoor shower.

For the 2025 season, we are only accepting Saturday to Saturday reservations at this time.

Note that we cannot control closures for the beaches, pools, and local amenities.

Dogs that are fully vaccinated and flea and tick treated are permitted - maximum 2. A $250 fee applies for one dog up to 50 lbs. Vacation Stay

The house was the perfect size for our family and it was very clean. It was supplied with anything you needed from kitchen supplies to beach accessories. Lisa was a big help with whatever questions we had and took care of anything we needed.I would highly recommend this home for your vacation.

great beach home

The home was well stocked with kitchen needs and beach chair supplies. It made our packing much easier. Also having the bed linens and towels provided was a bonus. Everyone had a chance to separate themselves for alone time with the bedrooms and loft area. The men chose to call the room that you could close off from the kitchen the "man cave." We women didn't mind the opportunity to be able to enjoy the rest of the home.

Well equipped beach house

Lovely vacation home in community with pickleball courts, pool, and playground. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and beach. Easy check in, check out process. House manager Kris available to answer questions or deal with any problems. Home equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and bicycles. So nice not to have to rent these extras. We loved the view of the pond behind the house where we saw egrets and a blue heron.

Our 4th stay in this lovely home only 3 miles from the beach. Well equipped with linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, and bicycles. Easy to communicate with property manager and owners. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful vacation home

My family of 12 8 adults and 4 teenagers stayed in this beautiful home. This house had everything anyone could possibly need on vacation from bikes and sand chairs and umbrellas to large pots to make pasta for all of us. Close to both grocery stores and beverage centers and our surroundings were just beautiful with a small pond behind the house. We really loved this house but the 5 hr ride was very long.

Family beach week

Good for a family’s vacation at the beach which is not too far of a drive. Was very nice to have the pool and pickleball courts in walking distance. The house was stocked with prior guests pantry items as well as many kitchen appliances and dishware, etc. We would say it comfortably sleeps 8 people (in beds) otherwise it’s pullout couches located in a very bright and open loft area. Noise echoes greatly due to lack of rugs and window treatments and more towels per guest would have been appreciated.

wonderful place to vacation with our family!

Awesome house with plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 5 kids! Everyone was impressed with all that was included with this house. Pretty much everything you could need was provided. Very very generous of the owners. The house is very large, has an amazing Sonos sound system, TV's , great kitchen and appliances, beautiful large deck for viewing wildlife and stars at night, and an awesome community pool, tennis courts, and playground! Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, easy drive to town and nearby beaches. You can't go wrong with this place. We will definitely be back

Well supplied beach house

We love staying in this home. It fits our family of 8 adults and 3 children (ages 2-7) well. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and bicycles in the garage keep us from having to transport extra items. We like to grill and cook at home. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensil or small appliance needed. The sunroom works well as a playroom. Love the extra sitting area/living space upstairs. That became our “dance party” site after baths and before children’s bedtimes. The children enjoyed the neighborhood pool and although we have to drive to the beach, it’s a quick 10-15 minute drive.

Well stocked house, short drive to the beach!

The house is very well stocked. From multiple style blenders for margaritas to mostly any spice or seasoning you will need. The garage has bikes and nearly everything you’ll need at the beach. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed walking around and swimming at the pool. The pond out back makes for a nice sight while enjoying the large deck. We had a group of 10, the kids enjoyed loft area, plenty of seating everywhere. Adults enjoyed coffee a drinks in the sunroom.. Plenty of great features here do not overlook the outdoor shower and bonus (massive) fridge in the garage. Some things could have been alittle cleaner. The cleaning crew needs to spend some more time dusting. And the trash schedule is not ideal. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. We did have a few hiccups, however the property manager Kris is very responsive and was able to sort everything out quickly.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were three generations, 6 adults and 6 children/teen. The house is beautiful and so spacious. It is fully stocked with anything you will need. We got a lot of use out of the 12 bikes in the neighborhood. People in the community were all very friendly. The pool, Pickleball courts, and fitness center were used by our group. We also enjoyed the catch and release pond behind the house. We caught many good size bass and bull heads. They are two beach carts, beach umbrellas, and over twenty beach chairs for use. It was also wonderful to have a second refrigerator in the garage. Kris, the property manager, was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had and gave a wonderful tour of the house on arrival snd helpful tips. We have been coming to the Bethany Beach area for 13 years and this house is at the top of our list. We would definitely like to return again!

The stay we had as a family was fantastic!! The property was just as described. Having the pond behind the house for fishing for myself, my sons and with my grandchildren was awesome! the home was perfect for the size of the party we had, 10 adults and 2 children (3&2yo) at our maximum with each part of our family getting their own room and space. Even my 82 yo mother enjoyed herself and the two bedrooms on the first floor with a full bathroom was great for her so she didn't have to do steps. Having the gym / fitness center was great for those of us that like to still workout / exercise on vacation. The pool was also great for an evening dip after being at the beach, as well as a day we just stayed home from the beach. Location of the house was very nice to the Giant grocery store for grocery needs. The kitchen was packed with everything you could ask for when cooking meals. Having the gas grill was also really nice for summer dinners. The owners had tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach dolly that was great for beach days. We used the driveway for parking 2 cars, and there were designated parking spaces on the street for our additional cars. Overall this house was FANTASTIC for what our family needed to have a great family vacation. I haven't been to Bethany for 30 years for a vacation, but spent 20 years there as a kid. This return trip was a great time for all! Thank you owners for letting us enjoy your home! Definitely a place I would return to in the future!

Beautiful Home

The Ocean View home is well equipped. The furnishings are high end. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is up to date. Slept better than at home!! The kitchen is well stocked. Although, previous renters leaving food is a bit unusual, we didn't have room in the fridge for our items. (We don't like eating other's food which we don't know the date of purchase, etc.) The TVs and SONOS speakers were great. The bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas were nice quality. Didn't need to bring our own. We enjoyed sitting on the front and rear porches. Kris (manager) was friendly and greeted us with the keys. She called on Sunday asking me to call her, I returned her call Sunday eve and Monday, but no response. Not sure what that was about. We had a very relaxing week. The streets are very narrow and it could use some more parking spaces. Overall, we were very pleased and had a great time.

Beautiful house, great location!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home located just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach. The property provided access to a community pool and tennis/pickle ball courts, along with bikes, beach chairs, and linens/towels. There was so much to do, we just didn't have enough time to do it all!

Family friendly property

Lovely home able to accommodate many family members with 3 bedrooms on main floor and 2 additional bedrooms on upper floor. Short drive to beach and a pool within walking distance. Easy checkin process. Friendly manager Lisa available to deal with any problems - a beeping smoke detector and a leak under the kitchen sink this visit. Loved the additional of the shades in the morning room. Back deck a great place to hang out in the evening. Lots of space to spread out.

We had a great week in this large and spacious house. We had a group of 10 adults and kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and had everything you need for a great stay!!

Spacious and well stocked

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house very much! It worked out wonderfully for our three families! The kids enjoyed sleeping in the extra room and on the lounges and couch in the loft; it was perfect for them to be together! The king size bedrooms had plenty of space for our 3 month old to sleep in a pack-n-play with extra room to spare. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to use and the outside grill was a nice bonus! We loved the fact that there were plenty of beach chairs and bikes to use if needed and the beach cart was so handy! We did use the community pool a few times and one person in our party used the fitness area. That was nice to have access to both! We would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider booking again in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this home in Ocean View, Delaware. It had everything one could imagine and more. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed petting and playing with all the 4 legged furry children in the neighborhood. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Awesome experience

The neighborhood was excellent and the people so friendly an atmosphere of belonging, and convenient location, just minutes to the beach. The bike tracks were seemed, an I didn't even had to take my bike, they have plenty of bikes there. The house was excellent an Lisa, the person in charge, was very nice and attentive. We hope to stay there again, my family loved it

Best Beach house yet!

We regularly visit Bethany Beach and rent a house; out of all my trips, this has been the best yet! Everything was neat and clean, the pantry well stocked and didn’t need to use much of my own things! Kris, the manager, was fantastic! We hope to book this house again!

Wonderful property

We couldn’t have loved this property any more than we did! Beautiful accommodations, well-equipped house and we were all so comfortable! The added features of linens/towels included, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas was very much appreciated. The owners promptly got back to all our questions and the property manager was knowledgeable and attentive. This house made our much-needed vacation feel perfect!

Great vacation home for family

The home was perfect for our family - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms. The kitchen and family room were generous in size and packed with amenities. The home was close to the community pool, which was great for us and our grandchildren, and not far from the beach. Having bikes, beach chairs & umbrellas for use at the beach was wonderful. And not having to provide linens/towels was a huge plus. Our only negative was the white pet hair that was on the master bedroom quilt, some of the upholstery, and outside furniture.
