A gem of a place - a penthouse on the 8th floor with a very large balcony in the front and a smaller one in the back. The place looks exactly like the photos and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has the essentials to cook a full meal, and the refrigerator is large. Air conditioning is great in the bedrooms and living rooms, and there are a number of doors to open into the balconies to get a breeze. You are a short bus ride from the city center - and the bus runs every 4 minutes on weekdays. To me this is an ideal location, because you escape the noise and crowds of the center, but can get to and leave it easily. The city itself can be noisy all over, but you hear it less this high up, especially with the air on. Host will meet you at check in and give useful suggestions if you need them. While you can certainly find less expensive places, this one is truly worth a little splurge over an average rental or hotel. Live the high life!
