We love our guests!!
I (Chloe) am the owner of this condo and manage this 1 and only property to ensure our guests have the best stay possible. We live down the street and take care of our guests.

Amazing mountain views overlooking Blackbird Beach Island and the town of Leavenworth from this very beautiful, very spacious, home away from home, quiet and private condo with 1 assigned parking spot in the garage! Additional cars can be parked at the nearby public free lot.

The beach and riverfront trails are just a few steps away, along with a great playground for the kids, as well as an outdoor community pool up the street during the summer. The city’s pool is about an 5 minute walk or a 3 minute drive when open. The city has all the details on their open hours!

These condos were newly built and have very nice upgraded finishes, we just did some updating to our liking, that you will enjoy too.

Park the car in your personal spot in the parking garage and leave it for the rest of your vacation! This beautiful, very clean, FULLY stocked, luxury condo vacation rental is nestled between the mountains, and all the fun in downtown Leavenworth.

Fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you could ever need. All the dishes, utensils, pots and pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, wine glasses, etc are provided, as well as a coffee maker, blender and a toaster. Coffee, hot cocoa, apple cider and an assortment of teas included, as well as seasoning/spices, olive oil, sugar, flour etc!

2 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa - 1 king bed in the Master Bedroom and 1 queen in the Guest Bedroom, with dressers and end tables, AND 1 queen sleeper pull out couch in the Living Room, condo sleeps 6. Also has a Pac n Play for a little one if needed. Tons of bedding and extra blankets!

2 mounted flat screen TV's, one in the Master and one in the Living Room and FULL CABLE. The Living Room has a large couch and 2 chairs to relax next to the fireplace. You can adjust the thermostat for your liking, heat and air conditioning. We also provide multiple games and playing cards. There is also a radio/CD player in the Living Room. Free Wi-Fi!

2 large bathrooms with granite counter tops and tile floors with a hair dryer, shampoo and soap provided.

A full size washer/dryer with detergent, dining room table for 6 with built in leaf, there is also a bar and 4 bar stools, and a large private balcony with a bbq, plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the mountains and town.

Very easy self check-in, you’ll be given a code to enter at the front door!

River's Echo is located on the south end of town, with an entrance to Barn Beach and Blackbird Island coming right from the driveway. Everything is walking distances, with shops/restaurants just a few steps away.

Take a stroll, grab some food and get some drinks all within blocks of this cozy condo. Or have your own down time on the balcony or next to the fireplace, lounging while taking in the views of town and the Cascade Mountains.

There is an extra guest fee over 4 guests. However, kids 5 and under are free! There is also a cleaning fee, which we only charge what our Housecleaner charges us. Please fully review the booking cost breakdown before submitting. The damage deposit that is held by HomeAway/VRBO is fully returned to you after your stay.

We will also provide a list of happenings for free upon request for restaurants, and activities close by. I can also book reservations for restaurants and activities for you, if you like. Excellent communication by host. Perfect location at the south end of downtown. 2 to 3 minute walk to the main street. Right next to a coffee place and a bagel place. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. Internet was a bit spotty in the evenings, but was okay for us since we weren't working.

The ONLY thing that there is to fault is that the pillows in the guest room were flat as a pancake and it’s definitely time to replace those. With that said, it wasn’t that big of a deal and I highly recommend staying in this condo!

The location of this property in Leavenworth was fabulous and very walkable, which we loved. Parking was convenient, though a bit tight for larger vehicles. The living room was a lovely place to gather, and we really enjoyed working on the Leavenworth puzzle that was provided, although sadly one piece was missing. One disappointment was that the fireplace was not working, which was a letdown as warming up by the fire is something I really look forward to. The host stopped responding after I shared that the pilot light would not light. Also worth noting, the bedroom windows are right next to the first floor elevator, making mornings quite loud with elevator noise and nearby conversations. Overall, a great location with a few comfort and communication issues that kept it from being a five-star stay.

We have been doing a lot of roadtrips lately and this is the first time we've found a place that was as good as it looks online. Parking was very secure and food and shopping was as close as next door but most was one or two short blocks away. We ate out for every meal but the kitchen and coffee maker were very nice and clean. We were disappointed that Netflix was not available without paying and we had forgotten to take our sign in info along...of course on the plus side we did not waste a lot of time in front of the tv...but we did watch a couple of movies late on my laptop. When we go next time we'll try to book the same place if it's available...

This was a perfect condo for us. It was clean and well cared for. It is in an ideal location in the center of Leavenworth which made walking around town easy. The host was very prompt in responding to questions and very helpful when we asked for suggestions about finding a local baker to make a custom cake for a special birthday. We would definitely stay here in any future trips to Leavenworth.

Picked for the location but we got so much more! As pictured, clean and welcoming condo with w/d and full kitchen and living room to socialize with family! 2 full bathrooms with shampoos and soaps were wonderful for us to designate our group of 4 to use. Very, Very comfortable living/dining area that we spent a lot of down time in. Extra tv in the master bedroom helped when the game was on and not everyone was interested. Cable TV standard and streaming on your own account avail. We didn't use it this time but cd player looked state of the art in living room and kitchen items were well stocked. Beds So, So comfortable! Not a negative, but just know the garage is tight, but we kept our extra outdoor gear in front of our parking stall, no problem! Secure, free parking is awesome! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

Mothers Day Weekend

Very good location, secure indoor parking, 2 blocks from restaurants, pubs, art park and entertainment. River Park only a 5 minute walk. Plenty of room in the kitchen and well stocked for cooking wear. Very nice sized lanai with a barbecue and plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We will definitely return to this location.

Really great condo, roomy and updated. You can't beat the location. You can just park your vehicle in the secure garage and never drive again unless you want to explore outside of the town! Chloe is amazing, responsive and a great communicator.

This our personal condo and we only manage this 1 unit so we can take care of our guests personally and quickly as we just live down the street. We've been living in Leavenworth for 14 yrs now, and have been visiting here for a lot longer than that, and we just love it, as do our guests. We have 3 kids, chickens, 2 dogs and 2 cats! We love the outdoors, and is why we moved to Leavenworth. There really is something for everyone and it's fun year-round, it's an amazing place to be. My parents purchased this condo so they have a place to stay when they visit us and their grandbabies, and I take care of everything with the condo for them.

Why they chose this property

River's Echo Condo is in the heart of it all! Walk to everything - all the restaurants/shops/wineries/playground/swimming pool/put-put golf - as well as the Black Bird Island beach, and an amazing trail walk along the water, just steps from the condo. Very private and quiet! All the festivals are just a few feet away and you can see the fireworks perfectly during Ice Fest in January.

What makes this property unique

This condo truly has it all and ensuring our guests are comfortable and happy is our number one priority! I can assist with restaurant and activity recommendations, and can book anything for you if you'd like!
