The sliding glass door on this level opens up to the walk out covered patio w dining set and the gentle slope lit steps to the large upper party deck at the dock with built in bench, a four person dining set and lounge seats. The lower deck, with electricity and lights at dock, Boat Tie up with cleats on side of dock for your own boat, a floater deck for easy lake access, steps into the lake via the dock. NO Pets allowed

All trash and recycling must be taken with you at end of rental. There is a trash and recycle center close to the house to drop off to.

Limited to number of occupants indicated occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of Two years is considered an occupant.
