Cozy beach house located on a barrier island, which is one short block wide. Beautiful custom-built pool, hot-tub, and all amenities for a great beach getaway.

This is a private home in an exclusive area. It has three bedrooms with queen beds, large dressers and closets. The furnishings are all new. There are two complete bathrooms. The kitchen is large, w/ black granite countertops, and has an oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, double sink, blender, toaster, and all the utensils for cooking. There is also a granite topped island with two stools. There are yards on the front and back of the house, with gardens flanking the front and driveway side. Gorgeous pool, long and deep enough for swimming laps, and hot tub jacuzzi are in the side yard. The driveway is large, and would fit about 6 cars. There is whole house air conditioning and the system can be used for heat also in the winter if ever needed (improbable). The living room has a loveseat and matching full couch. The living room has a large Mission style coffee table, two matching end tables, and a large flatscreen Smart TV. There is a garage area with a washer and dryer inside, and a utility sink. This is a fairly large and very comfortable house.Fenced in yard. Sleeps 6 max.

This is a very upscale neighborhood. Many movie stars have lived in our area, including John Travolta, Kirstie Alley, and David Soul. Most of the neighbors are very nice people, and friendly, as Florida folks tend to be. This is one of the smaller homes in the area: across the street, and at the end, you will see mansions and very large homes.
It's only a 5 minute walk to the public beach access point, about 7 houses away. If you could cut through the neighbor's property, technically, the house is only the third from the ocean, but since it's private beach property, you have to go down the street a little way to get to the beach access point.
Restaurants are an easy 10 - 15 minute bike ride down the main boulevard, and there is a very nice supermarket about 1/2 mile away, across the causeway bridge. You'll probably want a rental car, so you can access the many points of interest nearby: Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, Anna Maria Island, Honeymoon Island, or go shopping or out to eat in nearby Largo or Indian Rocks Beach (5 minutes drive). There is the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, half an hour away, if you have a rainy day, or check out the Aquarium in Clearwater. Book boat trips in Clearwater Beach; 5 minutes drive.
