We had an amazing stay in Paupack! The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub, game room, and bar were huge hits with our group and provided plenty of entertainment throughout our stay.The location was perfect, with easy access to numerous great restaurants, beautiful lakes, and outdoor activities. One of our favorite discoveries was the farm stand directly across the street, which was absolutely fantastic. We also loved visiting the blueberry farm just down the road.Even our 15-year-old dog, Jax, had a wonderful time and loved exploring the property and relaxing with us during our stay.Tony was a wonderful host. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he made sure everything went smoothly during our stay.We truly had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in the area. We would definitely come back!

We all had a great time. The house was perfect for a fun weekend away. Plenty of room, very clean, close to everything, and Tony was very quick to respond to a question we had. We’ll be back, possibly this summer to take advantage of the lake and 31 acres.

Tony was responsive and ease of communication was great...but the property was very dirty with dust in every room, grime in the fridge, cobwebs and wasp nests surrounding the hot tub. Kitchen poorly appointed. Thankfully we brought our own knives for cooking prep. Outside was overgrown with weeds and the "on site lake" is not visible from the property and is at least a 10 minute walk. There was no where to hike from the property as it's on a busy road so you need to drive to reach hiking trails. The pool table and foos ball were fun to have available. Prior reviews were positive so we were very surprised to find the property in such poor condition. We're not picky people, just expect a clean property that matches the description when paying these prices. Would not stay again, do not recommend.

I have my house to be on 31 acres and access to my private lake, not a lake front that I also offer!!! No wasp, but bird nest near hot tub!!! Spider webs can be done overnight!!@ You Have left so muvh trash ! I think You had s big event? probably cheep Wedding! Don't need you to be here!!! 95% people that dtayed here are probably WRONG with thair reviews!!! You are the only SMARTHEST!!! l

Great Thanksgiving getaway!! The house was extremely spacious and the game room was a lot of fun. The big screen tv’s were perfect for movies/video games and popcorn.

Good location, good fishing and good times

Good location near wallenpaupack and Fairview lakes. Plenty of sleeping areas and places to relax. Back deck off the dining area is nice for relaxing. Some good fishing opportunities down at the pond which is a short walk down the gravel path. Multiple kayaks and canoes on site to utilize. Overall a great place to stay with a big family.

We had a great quick getaway!

We had a great time getting away at this adorable cabin style home. The Hot tub was great! We just wanted a quick birthday getaway for my 8 year old who just enjoys time in nature. A big plus for us was that we could bring our dog. The home was clean and had everything we need to cook meals. We would definitely go back to this property in the future.

We stayed Sun to Fri in June, had perfect weather. Small lake on property short walk through woods, lovely for gentle boating and a swim. Big lake short drive, excellent for recreation like tubing, waterskiing etc. House easy fit for six, beautifully crafted and outfitted by owner, lots of wood. Very comfortable.

Great Property

The house was very clean and check in was easy when we arrived. The backyard was very nice, open and the trails were good for an easy walk. We had 8 of us plus 2 dogs and the room of the house was great, plenty of space. Tony was great to deal with and we would definitely keep him and his house in mind for the future. Plus the location to the lake and stores was very convenient.

Relaxing house with a great game room

We like to play cards and other games and we had a great time hanging out in the game room. I beat up my brother at the foosball table and we relaxed in the hot tub. The lake is a little further from the house than we thought, but it was a nice walk down to check it out. Tony the owner and property manger was super friendly and very laid back with everything.

Great location but would not consider this a lake house.

House was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed. Weather was beautiful and we were hoping to kayak on the lake one of the days we stayed but the lake was full of algae and Lilly pads etc. seemed more like a swamp. We did rent a boat on lake Wallenpaupack which was only 10 minutes away.

Long weekend

We stayed on the property from a Friday to Monday and the house was great for our guests. We had two families; one with three children and one with an infant. The house had a game room (first floor) so the children could have their own space. There was plenty of room to spread out. We had a fire and were able to use the hot tub one night. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

My name is Tony Scis, owner of the rental house.
I own over 31 acres of beautiful nature in Paupack Town
Poconos PA.
This house sits on 31acres of nature land.
There is a stream running through the backyard of the house that ends up in our lake.
My family and I family live on adjoined land (21 acres) and I maintain my properties with the help of my cousin Peter and a local cleaning crew.
I love nature and outdoors, that is why I have chosen to
live here.

Why they chose this property

I own my land for over 30 years.
It was my weekend getaway.
Now I enjoy my retirement and love my place even more.
I love outdoor activities, grilling and outdoor cooking, hiking and fishing.
Love to have my family and friends spending time by the bonfires.

What makes this property unique

It is a beautiful house in great location for people who love nature, outdoors, bonfires, space and privacy.

The house is completely renovated and updated. I did all of the work myself, using my own wood from my Land, which gives the house a unique look. I used wood found on my land for decorating in the home. The house has 3 porches (one covered) and covered patio by the grill. Backyard grass field gets lots of sunlight.
The wet bar makes for a great place to host a small party or watch a sporting event!
