Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is all about Mount Pleasant charm to me! I fell in love the minute I saw this house when I purchased in 2018. You can't ask for a better location! It's convenient to the beaches and downtown and I have the sweetest neighbors. I began to Airbnb my home when I got married in 2021. I now reside on Shem Creek, which is only a 10 minute drive away from my Airbnb keeping me close to this home I love so much and my wonderful neighbors.

What makes this property unique

One of the previous owners was a gardener and started a beautiful garden in the backyard, which I have maintained. I got so inspired by this backyard and my parent's love of gardening that I joined The Garden Club of Charleston. My favorite thing to do is drink coffee in the sunroom and watch the birds at the birdfeeder.
