Portsmouth Apartment- Perfect Vacation!

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, about 20 minutes away from Newport Beach! We are situated in the middle of town. There are local wineries, wedding venues, restaurants all within close proximity. We are 15 minutes from Bristol, where there are a lot of nice restaurants and you can escape the summer crowds. The apartment has a private entrance and its own parking spot. We allow dogs so bring your furry friend! It has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a pullout couch that converts to a bed. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a meal and a grocery store is just minutes away! Bring your surfboard and try your luck on Rhode Island's famous waves. The apartment is equipped with wifi, standard streaming apps, sign in your own and a 46 inch flat screen TV.

Perfect stay

This was my second stay with Jenn and I would not hesitate to return for a third stay. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and felt like home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay with that at home ambiance.

Cute and convenient stay

Perfect Location!

For anyone wishing to sightseeing in the .Rhode Island area, this apartment in Portsmouth is the perfect location - short drives to Newport, Bristol, Fall River, etc. the owner was very accommodating and welcoming! She also gave us suggestions for dinner that were outstanding! We would definitely stay here if back in the area again!

Exactly what we wanted!

The apartment was PERFECT for what we were looking for. Located in a quiet residential area, yet close to all the touristy-stuff. Owners were on site, and available, but not obtrusive. Highly recommend, and would come again!

Cute Place, Good Location, Wonderful Host

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Had all the conveniences, a nice spot to sit outside to watch birds and bunnies. Jenn is absolutely lovely and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Gave lots of good info on what to do and where to go to avoid crowds. The bed took some getting used to and the pots/pans weren’t the greatest but we would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

This apartment was a great find. Communication with Owners was always quick and responsive. Accommodations were awesome, clean and just as described. Much more relaxing and stress free than staying in a hotel and cost was so much better. We look forward to staying here again when we return to the area. Highly recommended this property!

Portsmouth Vacay Pad

Great experience. Property is similar to a MIL apartment, attached to the garage of the main house. Despite the proximity, it was quiet and private. Clean and tidy.

My husband and I raised our two kids here, they are off and running with there lives! The apartment was used by Anthony's grandmother until she moved on from here. We love meeting new people and allowing a quiet getaway for people and share our love for the beautiful town we live in. It is quiet, and close proximity to many wedding venues, beaches, restaurants, etc.
