This was a nice place to spend a weekend near the beach. The house was comfortable and communication with the owner helped make everything easy. We enjoyed our stay!

The duplex half was spotless. The pillows were the best part and that's saying something. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and linens top shelf. The host kept in perfect contact. We would stay there again. Enjoyed the accommodations. Great location too, just a short walk to the ocean.

Short getaway

We were able to take our puppy with us. It’s was a nice short walk to the beach- about 2 blocks Place was clean. Looks like newly put together. Relaxing trip ! Nice time ! Cozy

Odessa cottage

This was a perfect summer cottage with close beach access. I stayed with my elderly mother niece and two small dogs for a few days. Beach access just two very short blocks from the beach access. Dogs allowed on beach after 5 pm or before 9 am. No problems at all with the cottage. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We liked it so much we decided to stay an extra day!

Nice Clean Condo close to Beach

Had a few technical problems but Jason was always very prompt in responding. Cute small condo, close to beach and where my son lives. Not any supplies if plan on cooking there. There is a Kurig coffee pot with some cups. But thats all. There is a grill out back.

Awesome, so pleased to read this 4 star review. Angela'S husband had some issues opertaing the WIFI. I was happy to come over and assist them so that it worked perfectly for them. Regarding cooking supplies. We supply everything a guest would need! Pots and pans, cooking trays, an indoor grill etc. etc. Perhaps we should put labels on the cupboards for our guests. My wife does that at home for when my memory fails me!! We certainly take all of our guests' comments / feedback with much attention so that we can ensure 5 star reviews from 95% of of our guests, or more! We look forward to hosting you again soon. Do consider a longer stay next summer! We have recently added 8 new, two-bedroom condos, located just 1 block from our cottages, 2 blocks from the beach, along with a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. All of these come with washing machines and dryers. These additional properties complement our one and two bedroom cottages as families and friends can now spread out a little by renting additional cottages / condos, and they can expand their stays with us as we have purchased and installed brand new washing machines & dryers in these condos.
