This luxury apartment has it all with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 42" soft close cabinets, panty, 9' ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring in main living areas, ceiling fans, fully electric A/C and heat, smart TV, leather recliner, and a washer and dryer. The bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, smart TV, and a big walk-in closet attached with washer and dryer in it, and a nice bathroom with lots of storage space. Enjoy evening drinks on your private balcony with additional storage space overlooking Mountain Shadows open space. The outdoor enthusiast will love this location with Ute Valley Park only .4 miles from back door, Mountain Shadows Open Space only 600 ft from front door, and the famous Garden of the Gods Park not even 3 miles away. Bring your Mountain Bike and take off. Great location in a very quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, the mountains, and businesses. Furry friends are welcomed.

This apartment’s location is great. It’s a few minutes from Garden of the Gods, restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment had everything that we needed.
