PLAZA 507 9800 Coastal Hwy. NON SMOKING - NO PETS Cozy, warm oceanfront 2 bedroom with den and 2 bath condo offering Free Wi-Fi for guests. The den area has double sleeper sofa and an accordion door to the kitchen for privacy. You will enjoy a gorgeous new kitchen including all appliances, updated wood-look flooring through the kitchen, main living and dining area, entire condo freshly painted, new guest room beds (2 full beds), new blinds throughout, and free wi-fi available!. Balcony access from the living room and master bedroom through NEW sliding glass doors. Bathrooms was upgraded in 2023. Both baths have shower only - no bathtub. This condo includes central air, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players; the living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs. The TV in the 2nd bedroom is for games and DVDs only. Washer and Dryer is in the condo. Maximum Occupancy is 9. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: 2 doubles DEN: Double Sleep Sofa.

The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
