Andover Cottage: Comfortable family home with hot tub

Tucked into the forested hills of rural East Sooke, this comfortable family home offers views of the Sooke Harbour and surrounding area. The home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hot tub on a large view deck, a fenced back garden, and a fireplace with a seating area. The property is close to East Sooke Regional Park, the Galloping Goose Trail, and is just around the corner from public tennis courts.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events. Pets permitted.
Check-in 5pm, check-out 11am except high season when it is 10am.

Additional policies described in Guest Agreement. Guest must sign a Guest Agreement and return it to Island Vacation Homes Ltd before arrival.

If the shower curtain rods were curved, it would be easier for an above average person to shower. The curtain seemed to stick to a person while showering. That was the only issue my group had. It was a wonderful stay, and the house was perfect for our week getaway. We loved the quiet and the hot tub was fantastic after our hikes and beach days. Thank you!

We had a fantastic 4 weeks at Andover Cottage. Everything was exactly as pictured/described. Things we especially enjoyed and appreciated: stargazing at night from the spacious and very clean hot tub; having everything needed to cook all meals; lots of space in the house including a large dining room table to accommodate our family when they visited; the large fenced backyard that our dog loved and played in many times a day; deer visiting right outside the fence; close access to Sooke, Victoria and endless nature attractions. Communication with Robert was great. We would love to stay at Andover Cottage again some day!

We enjoyed the house because it was spacious and dog friendly with pretty hiking near by. Good fenced in yard for our dog. The driveway is very long and steep. If it’s icy, it could be difficult.

Amazing house. Lots of space and extremely comfortable for my kids, husband and family. Beautiful area, very quiet and peaceful. Owner has great communication and accommodated early check-in for us. If you don't mind driving for day trips this home is so cozy and beautifully secluded it will make your vacation extra special. Our dog stayed with us, too and we had no issues whatsoever. Very clean, great communication, luxurious hottub and barbeque!

We had a great stay! Close to the ocean and great view from the deck! Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best so having the wood fireplace and the hot tub was definitely a bonus.

A little retreat

The location is in a beautiful area. It was a unique and cozy home to enjoy a long weekend in and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. The kitchen had anything one might need including a blender and there was plenty of seating available for all of us. We would definitely come back here again.
