Great house for 8 guys golf trip and bourbon tour. We all had our own rooms, the golf sim and poker table got a lot of use. The pond/pool/hot tub fantastic. It’s a great private setting with everything you need. Easy drive to all the bourbon (only 8 min from Buffalo Trace). 30-45 min drive to good golf courses. Plenty of food options close enough. I’d definitely recommend this house. The hosts were great about quick answers to any questions we had. 10/10!

Nice property with everything you could want to keep a multi-generational group entertained. There are definitely some quirks with the bedroom and bathroom layout, so I recommend reviewing the floor plans before arrival. This was one of the most well-stocked rentals I’ve stayed in which was highly appreciated.

There was something for everyone who stayed in that house. We loved the size of the house. At one time we had 26 people in the house. We loved the theatre room and the game room for the kids and teenagers to have some fun. We loved the large kitchen for making meals. Each room was comfortable and cozy.

Our group of 10 adults had a fabulous time at Bourbon & Birdies in Kentucky. The house is very large and easily accommodated our group while assuring some separation of space and privacy. SO many activities are available at this property. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, fishing in the lake, the sauna and hot tub, the fabulous game room, and the convenient location. Easy access to the Bourbon Trail and Keenland racetrack. Truly an excellent choice when visiting the Kentucky. We cooked in half the time and enjoyed local restaurants the other evenings. We would definitely consider this home for another visit to the area.

There is a lot to do at this property and the host is extremely communicative. We didn't need anything at all but the host was there if we needed anything. We used the golf simulator a lot, and there are so many TVs throughout the property that streaming sports was so easy. We played a lot of the games like pool and shuffle board, and we used the fire pit and firewood. It was a great long weekend for our group.

Check-in was easy and straightforward. The house was incredibly spacious, with large bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to relax. There were so many fun activities right on the property that we ended up staying in the whole weekend instead of exploring the area! The pool was a highlight, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. A special shoutout to the handyman, who was kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Family Trip

We had a great time at a family reunion, all three generations had fun. The house was clean and well kept. We had enough spaces to come together while at the same time space to spread out. We had an issue with the pool cover and the owner/property manager sent a handyman out relatively quickly. It was a great experience and we are very happy we booked this home for our trip.

Family vacation

Our family vacation this year included my husband, adult son, 4 of my siblings with their spouses & children. We spent most of our time outdoors in the pool, hot tubs. putt putt, fishing & kayaking. But we also enjoyed the indoor game room amenities & theater room! The house & property was clean & spacious. This was a beautiful location for us to enjoy making new family memories. 5 stars
