Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback — I really appreciate it! I’m so sorry to hear about the lock issue and the noise from the road — thank you for handling that so calmly. We’ve already replaced the keypad batteries and are reviewing the listing description to make sure guests know exactly what to expect about the location. I’m glad to hear the beds and kitchen met your expectations, and I’ll be sure to share your notes about towels, furniture comfort, and the backyard with our Retrobanana team. We’re always working on little improvements to balance the fun banana vibe and comfort — your input helps us get closer to that. 🍌 Thank you again for staying with us and for being honest. I truly value guest feedback and hope you enjoyed your time in Colorado overall.

The guest required frequent assistance during their stay, and I remained responsive throughout, including coordinating maintenance support. After checkout, housekeeping documented damaged items and additional cleaning needs; however, no charges were applied. Future hosts may want to maintain clear communication and documentation to support a smooth stay.

We really appreciate the rating! Thank you for choosing Retrobanana, and we hope to host you again in the future.
