This cozy two-story home is designed for beachside relaxation.
• Living Area: All living spaces are located on the first floor including enclosed porch, formal dining, living room, half bath, full bath, laundry room, and kitchen (guests must walk up about 5 steps to get into the home).
• Bedrooms: All three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home along with another full bath (guests must walk up about 12 steps to get to the second floor). For your added enjoyment, all bedrooms are equipped with TVs with Roku remotes. For your added comfort, the two queen mattress are Sleep Number mattresses, allowing guests to adjust the firmness of their beds.
• Central Air: This home has central air and central heat for personalized climate control.

Amenities & Extras

• Parking: The shared driveway accommodates up to 3 compact vehicles, with limited public on-street parking available that is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience.
• Laundry Access: There is a washer & dryer included for guest use during their stay.
• Complimentary Supplies: Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. (Note: Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for stays of more than 2 days.)

• Fitness Access: Enjoy complimentary access to a fitness center located downtown, just a few miles away.
