Charming 3-bedroom 2 Bathroom House. Just 2.5 blocks to the beach!

Enjoy the best months of the summer in Belmar, an ideal spot for you to rest and relax this summer! This house is great for families.

We have 4 beach badges, chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, two boogie boards, and four bicycles you can use to get around town. Toddler toys and books ready for you to use.

Our clean and spacious house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms & 1 outside shower. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and 1 bedroom with Queen & twin pull out bed. The house can easily accommodate two families with kids or a total of 6 people, with any additional person at an extra charge (please inquire with the owner).

Freshly cleaned bed linens and bath towels are provided. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Please kindly note that parties and events are not allowed at this property. Belmar has a strict party ordinance.

Families are WELCOME! No group renters. The minimum age requirement is 28.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pull all sheets off beds and any used towels and start 1 load in the basement before you leave. Any extra sheets/towels that do not fit in the 1st load can be left in the kitchen.
Lock the front door and back door KEYPAD. Lock the Keypad when leaving, not the bottom handle. Please ensure keys to the house are returned on the counter when you leave. Return 4 badges in cabinet
Lock shed and return key into cabinet Check house for personal belongings (don’t forget the shower outside) Return furniture to original position
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing stay for a family with little kids. Everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to beach and house toys for all ages of kids. Kids decorated seashells with their aunt and even left one for the next guest. Check-in was seamless. Great location, walking distance to the beach, and beach badges are included. Can't recommend enough and hoping it's available next year.

The location of the house was very good and many rooms in the house were recently renovated. However, the sheets on every bed were all stained and the towels were moldy. We went to Target and bought our own because we could not use those provided. The house has potential but just was not ready to be rented.
