The house was great. The host was awesome and even accommodated us checking in an hour early. The house was very clean we loved everything about our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Fredericksburg.

Check in was easy. The place was clean comfortable and a good place to relax and rest after a busy day. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook easily. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms clean and spacious. Phillip was super helpful when needed.

Property was located conveniently near restaurants and retail stores. It was a short drive to historic downtown and the Pacific War Museum. It was a nice home away from home and comfortable bedding for restful sleep.

Clean room near downtown with a good space to spend with friends and family. Cleaning fees were a bit steep but I think that’s the norm in this area. Other than the fees, great communication clean place and comfortable beds.

Great property. Great amenities. Great location on the east side of town for getting out to all the US 290 wineries but close to downtown for restaurants. It’s unusual to find a two bedroom with two king size beds but the property had them. Great on-suite bath with two sinks and walk in shower. Wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Overall good. priced reasonable. Amenities ok, plenty of space for 4. Off the beaten path. Still 5 minutes from the middle of downtown. located behind other rentals w drive to back, making a little harder to find the 1st time w gps. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Had a great stay!

Located ½ between Enchanted Rock for climbing and the Old Tunnel State Park for bat viewing and star gazing. Oh yeah, less than 5 min from downtown Fredericksburg and all it has to offer so great for a long weekend in the area or a midweek escape from the city. The property is clean, single level with good parking in a quiet area.
