Beautiful, newly built home located on a quiet lane in the Richard's Landing Community.
Great views looking down the canal out to Oyster Bay. Enjoy outdoor living on the expansive decks and screened porch, which overlooks the canal. No expenses have been spared for your vacation enjoyment. Tasteful, beachy decor creates a perfect, serene atmosphere. The reverse floor plan offers fanatastic water views from the 2nd floor main living areas.

The first floor features:
A primary bedroom with a king bed, a private full bath with a walk-in shower, and access to the lower deck.

A second bedroom with a queen bed and access to the lower deck.

A third bedroom with a pyramid bunk (twin over full).

A private den provides an additional sleeping area with a queen sleeper sofa.

A fully equipped laundry room.

The thoughtful coffee bar features a Keurig maker and a beverage fridge.

An adjoining shared full bath with a tub/shower combo is in the hallway.

The second floor features:

Living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a half bath in the hallway.
