Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set thermostats to 72°F
  Return key to the lockbox
Take trash & recycling to the bins in the parking area (next to boat ramp) 
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter must comply with all local, federal and state laws
 Exterior doorbell camera is in use. It records unit entry and cannot be disabled or unplugged. By booking, guests acknowledge and consent to this. 
Lost key or pool fob: $150 replacement fee. Violation of house rules will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Amazing hosts, perfect location

Our first time to a DE beach was wonderful, much thanks to this great condo and top notch host! Beyond the clean, spacious accommodations, Jen went above and beyond with personalized notes, snacks, recommendations, and beach supplies for an all around great stay. We’re looking forward to going back and staying longer next time.

Wonderful stay with terrific location!

We had a wonderful stay at Nauti by Nature! It truly felt like home away from home and was clean and ready for our stay with everything we would need! The host was super responsive and check in instructions were easy, and she even had a surprise for us upon arrival! The condo was only a block away from the beach and a short walk from all the restaurants. We would happily stay here again if we find ourselves in the area!

Great communication with the owner who was quite thoughtful leaving a goodie basket and little notes everywhere. Located as close to the Lighthouse and Rusty Rudder as it is, I was surprised at how quiet it was in the evening. Would return.

This was a convenient property. Right next to the private beach, so our walks with the dogs were nice. Close to restaurants. Had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great! It was very hot when we were there so we did not utilize the balconies but they both had great views of the bay.

A slice of paradise at our favorite Delaware beach. We felt like we were at a resort with all the special touches, luxuries and conveniences Jen provided. I won't go into detail because I don't want to ruin the fun surprises to be found! Communication was easy and prompt. I am recovering from a bicycle accident on crutches and a walker so having the pool access around the corner on the 3rd floor was perfect. The fully stocked kitchen and barware is a beautiful and convenient touch, as is all the decor. This is a fabulous condo for 2 adults and a good doggo, we hope to be back.

We had the best time! As soon as we booked Jen was in communication. I shared that we were celebrating my son’s birthday and she had the sweetest little setup for him with treats and a little cake! The location is perfect! Everything is within walking distance. The beach is right across the street. There are beach chairs and toys that you can use. Jen has really thought of everything! The marina is the prettiest view and the walk along the docks is beautiful at sunset. The kids loved the rooftop pool and the views are so pretty! We also loved the views from the balconies!

I ran 5 companies for 45 yrs traveled world wide and never had anyone treat me so badly rude and disrespectful. I was very ill traveled 4 hr to get there and could not get in for 1 and half hr the police helped me get in . and shortly after the host demanded I leave immediately. What a honorable experience because of my nerves I got sicker

We are committed to providing a peaceful, secure, and professional guest experience. All check-in instructions, house rules, and community expectations were clearly communicated and acknowledged by the renter prior to arrival. Unfortunately, this stay required immediate termination due to serious behavioral and safety violations and was done so in a professional manner. Upon arrival, the guest was seen aggressively circling the building and screaming throughout the community, alarming neighbors and prompting a formal HOA nuisance complaint. She then pulled the building’s fire alarm without cause, triggering a full emergency response. Police, fire, EMT and building security were diverted from real public safety duties to address the disruption. Despite already having her keys, the guest made no attempt to contact the host, even though she had received detailed instructions. After gaining access inside, she approached the unit with escalated aggression—swatting, hitting and yelling at the Ring camera and shouting at the host. This guest provided erratic and conflicting explanations including confusion due to medication, wanting immediate attention, and expecting a hotel-style lobby. Her conduct violated house rules, endangered others, and created liability for the property. Action was taken in full alignment with VRBO policy, HOA regulations, and local safety guidance. We remain committed to providing respectful, 5-star stays for all guests.
