Beautiful property and location. Fully stocked but there are certain things they need to improve so here’s an honest review. The property is still under construction, which we were not told about so that was a surprise to us when we checked in. There is no landscaping in the front yard. Only dirt so initially seeing their property was somewhat disappointing. The pool is also not heated which made our stay less enjoyable because we felt like we could not enjoy the pool at night. Management informed us they will have a heater installed, but there was not one during our stay and we were not made aware of that from the beginning. Also management let us know that there is a groundskeeper and he would be coming some days while we were there, but there were several different people at the property walking into the backyard unannounced, which was very uncomfortable for us. A lot of the times we were relaxing or not clothed completely and no one felt the need to give us a heads up that different men would just be walking around the property. A simple knock on the door would have sufficed. The water pressure in the master bathroom is very low, so taking a shower was not enjoyable. Also the connection sprayer in the bathtub doesn’t work whatsoever. At this price point everything should work properly to the best of its ability. The property also has flying huge roaches that come inside of the home which we had to kill almost every other day. Beautiful property overall but overpriced.
