It's a nice house. It seemed to me that the floors could be cleaned better, but everything else was good.

Beautiful modern recent construction set in a quiet location near Lake Ann impresses with clean and well appointed accommodations. We liked the large windows looking into trees, the open concept layout, and the high ceilings in the living room and primary bedroom. The flat lot and driveway were nice (if you know the area, that's not always the case!). We appreciated that we could get to Lake Ann by foot with a short hike, and caught a few gorgeous sunsets. The back 40 trail system crosses nearby. Quiet street with stars visible on clear nights. The host was always fast to respond to questions and instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. We would highly recommend this home to others and would certainly return.
