The house is very comfortable and clean. We were attending an event in town and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The laundry, kitchen and living rooms were comfortable. The bedrooms clean and neat. The yard and neighborhood were not on par as the inside of the house. But we were not there to hang out back. This rental was fine for a quick stay.

Our host is so great! He always responds quickly & provides information & anything else we need. I love sitting in the screen-in back porch and watching the squirrels play in the big trees in the back yard.

What a fabulous home! Very clean, very comfortable, ample towels, well-stocked kitchen, lots of fun things to do like board games, outside games, fire pit, hammock, and more. The owner was easy to reach and he answered our questions quickly. We're already planning a return trip.

This is a great place to stay! It's very convenient to everything in Austin so the location is outstanding. The house is very clean and open floor plan in the living / kitchen / dining area was nice. The backyard is amazing. More than anything, the host was incredibly communicative and responsive which is the most important ingredient for a great stay.

Very quiet. Enjoyed the nature scene in the backyard and got reaquainted with cooking on a gas stove after 20 years of being electric in my home lol. Overall, very good experience
