Enjoy the perfect getaway in this designer dream home located just 10 miles from the pristine shores of Siesta Key. Every detail has been meticulously thought through to provide you with a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is our personal vacation home and we have outfitted it to the highest standard.
You will love the bright, airy and extremely comfortable spaces. Stream your favorite movie on the new 75 inch TV, listen to music on the sonos system, enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened in patio, or take advantage of the variety of books and games provided for your enjoyment.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to create a delicious meal at home. Alternatively, UTC provides endless shopping and dining options to satisfy even the most discerning palette.
Stay on top of work with a dedicated office area complete with chargers and extension chord provided for use during your stay.
The attached double garage provides plenty of space for parking and storage. There is a dedicated 14-50 240volt outlet for higher speed car charging in the garage. Simply walk across the street to enjoy exclusive access to the heated community pool.

Upstairs: en-suite master bedroom, upper living space/loft, second and third bedrooms, and shared bathroom

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Garbage collection is Mondays. Please place the bin out on the curb on Sunday night or Monday morning if it falls during your stay.
Make sure sliding patio doors are locked and ensure all keys, fobs, garage door openers are returned to the tray on the desk.
Sign the Guest Book if you wish!

This is our brand new townhouse which we have outfitted to a high standard for our own personal use. It’s fully equipped, light, bright, and very comfortable. Anything you can imagine or desire to purchase or eat is available in close proximity. You’ll never run out of places to go. We love it!
