very good place. only problem was the tenants above were loud around 11pm but overall very good place and price. location is central close to the Light rail system and love the city.

The location is great and easy to get to different venues around the city. Room was very modern and clean, perfect for the 2 of us. We will certainly stay here again when come back. Andy communicated promptly and was ready to help if needed but everything we needed was already available.

The place was clean and nice. The only drawback for us was the large hill we had to climb over to reach the light rail. I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the listing but it was a bit of a challenge. Overall, we were pleased.

The home was in a cute area very close to indoor pickleball, good restaurants, Seattle and other touristy places. Inside was well furnished and felt much bigger. Great bathroom. Lots of places to plug in electronics. Very glad to have the full sized washer/dryer given all the pickleball laundry we had; nice to not have to travel home with dirty clothes. The host was very responsive too. I would stay here again on our next visit.

This place is like brand new. Unlike so many places I rented, this one is not in the basement. I really appreciate being able to look out the window. And when you do, you will see a lovely quiet neighborhood that is located very close to the Mount Baker rail station.

This was a great stay for us. We came for a Mariners game, and the host was gracious enough to let us park our car at the property a little earlier than check-in. (Not sure if this will always be possible, but it was very appreciated!) The space was great, I loved the shower, the bed was comfy, the AC unit was SO needed after a long day in the sun, and there was also a fan available that we used for white noise in the night. Street noise and other ambient noise was practically non-existent, which isn’t always the case when we take trips to Seattle. The neighborhood felt like the perfect distance from downtown- it felt safe but still within distance of everything. We chose to uber to and from T-Mobile park due to the up-hills and down-hills in the neighborhood. Everything was clean, comfortable, safe, and check-in/check-out were a breeze. We also loved the added touch of a plushie Mariner Moose to greet us when we got in after the game. There were only two of us, but I noticed the couch looked like it could fold out into a bed, so possible a three person party could also stay here comfortably. There was a book on the bedside table of “Things to do in Seattle” that we thumbed through. (We also appreciated the water and snacks provided, and had some Doritos late at night. Lol) We would definitely stay again!

The unit was extremely clean, stocked up on all things perfectly. Location of the unit is amazing if you are flying into Seattle, short 5 minute walk to the rail line which takes you straight into downtown or wherever you need to go.

Andy was an amazing host. The property was exactly like described. We had a small hiccup at check in but Andy was easy to contact and fixed our issue as fast as he could. Definitely will be staying here when we visit again. Highly recommend Andy and his property.

Fabulous stay

Well-appointed, sparking clean, everything looked brand new. I really appreciated the security light that came on when I came home late one night. Nice, quiet neighborhood but close to the light rail, too. Andy was a great host. I hope to stay here again any time I come to Seattle.

Great Studio!

My husband and I stayed here for SeaFair 2025 weekend and it was perfect! Close to Mount Baker station. It was on a quiet street. Everything was very clean and comfortable! Small kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and had all full-size appliances! We are already planning a trip back, hopefully in the fall/winter!

The unit was clean, and very comfortable. Loved the shower, which was important. Futon sofa was ok - not as comfortable as the bed. Climbing the stairs from the train with luggage was a little tricky - it's pretty steep. If we would have had a lot to lift, or had mobility issues, it would have been concerning. Our main issue probably was walking there after the getting off the Lite Rail, following a late concert. Being in a group of 3 helped. With that being said, the neighborhood the unit was in was quiet. If we would have had a car, the steep stairs and/or the walking in the dark wouldn't have been a concern.
