Over the Top #1104. Family friendly condo.

Very nice two-bedroom, two full bath condo on the second floor. Both bathrooms remodeled in 2025! Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops. Screened in patio. King bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in guest bedroom. Vaulted ceilings in-unit with free Wi-Fi. Owner provided full washer/dryer. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

We bought the unit for our family, having vacationed in Destin for years, and still vacation here today. Share in this family friendly, quiet, laid-back neighborhood of Chateau La Mer II. Enjoy the onsite pool, on-site park, tennis/pickleball court, easy walk to the beach (3-5mins), and walkable to many restaurants. Address: 3755 Scenic Hwy 98. Nearest Airports: VPS, PNS, and ECP

Comfortable beautiful condo

Clean and comfortable, fully stocked. The pool was great, and there was just a short walk to the beach, with access to an umbrella and 2 chairs. We are a family of 5, with 3 children, and everyone truly enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing at the beach

We enjoyed our stay, it was beautiful furnished, decorated. The place was nice & peaceful, close walk to the beach & the pool area was nice also. It was a very comfortable place with good kitchen & all the essentials you would need. We had a wonderful time & would love to visit again. Love the chairs on the beach set-up & keyless entry

Overall, this location is fantastic, and the condo aligns with the price and description. It provided everything we needed during our week-long stay. The beach was only about 3 to 5 minutes away and was quiet because it is a private beach. Additionally, grocery stores are nearby, but you will still need a car or Uber to reach them.

Great stay for the family!

This location was perfect for our family getaway. Condo was a great set up for us and allowed for play while being safe with little ones. Short walk to beach and having the chairs included made things extra easy. You are close to two restaurants so easy to grab food after an evening on the beach. And the full size washer and dryer are a mother’s dream! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and property. It was a short walk to the beach. Two beach chairs and an umbrella was provided for free. There are a few things that could use updating such as a couple of appliances and shower heads. There was a nice little patio. Fixtures and furniture there could use updating. Everything else was great.

Door lock did not work properly. Took several attempts each time to get in. Tried new batteries but didnt help. Showers dated along with a few other items. Place was clean and construction improvements are ongoing.

Sorry you had issues with the lock. I messaged you about the lock being disconnected from the WiFi and how the fix it but I didn’t get a response. Our cleaner has addressed the issue and the lock is working fine now.
