The living room couch was so dirty that we covered it with a sheet before sitting on it.I had planned to bring my grandkids with me but in checking in we found that an alligator had been seen in the pond about 10 feet from the outside seating.The condo is well laid out but very basic.This place is convenient but need some approving up
