This beautifully appointed custom home affords views of Wildcat Cove on Lake Burton, mountain and creek views. Inside a private gated community, this home is surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest along Wildcat Creek and steps away from a community dock on Lake Burton! Our lakefront is adjacent to LaPrade`s Marina with rental boats, a general store and five restaurants. Enjoy outdoor dining, a firepit, a community pavilion and a lake front open to guests.
Security cameras are located at the neighborhood entrance, the Burton Lake Club and on exterior front doors.

Noise monitors are located outside that monitor acceptable sounds levels in order to maintain our serene and natural neighborhood setting.

Please use our SmartTVs to login to your favorite streaming service, or our bluetooth and WiFi speakers to stream your favorite music. Remember to log-out of your services before check-out.

Park only in designated areas. The Burton lake Club and LaPrade`s Marina are within walking distance.

Public areas/ammenities such as walking trails, The Waterfall Creek Pavillion, The Burton Club and Marina and green spaces and firepits are available to all guests. Please keep all areas clean and pack out all trash.

Extinguish fire pits before leaving them and kindly replenish the firewood rack next to the fire pit.
