Best of both worlds, pool access & beach!

One of Hilton Head's Best! Schooner's Landing is a golf lovers dream. This fourth floor condo overlooks the 9th hole of the Atlantic Dunes golf course. The Sea Pines community is full of amenities and adventures from shopping to horseback riding. Rent a bike to explore the island or less than a 5-minute ride will get you to the beach. Just around the corner from the unit is the community pool which is open from April-September.

This updated unit fills with natural light from the sliding doors that overlooks the golf course. This coastal getaway provides plenty of space for 6 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances to make your favorite southern dishes. The master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom has a smart TV and overlooks the golf course. The second bedroom features two double beds and a smart TV. There is a second full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The living room features a sleeper sofa. Amenities include WIFI, Smart TVs, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

This property is pet-friendly for 2 dogs that are housebroken and flea-treated with prior approval. Parking is available for up to 2 cars with the purchase of resort parking passes for payment on your guest account. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Hilton Head as a vacation rental - License Number:25995. Great location. Walked to the beach almost daily. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the golfers take on hole 9 of the course. Plenty of space in the condo and well stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Elevator was handy and quick.
