Bring family & friends to our cozy mountain home. Spacious living room offers comfy seating with a futon. Large wood burning fireplace, Wifi and Smart TVs to use your favorite apps in addition to board games & cards.

New kitchen with stove/oven near family size dining room. Two of the bedrooms have electric fireplaces for added ambience. Loft has bed and retro VHS/gaming system. NEW Remodeled backyard with gas firepit, seating, and dining area.

15 mins from snow summit and Big Bear Village.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pls wash all pots/pans/dishes used prior to departure. Leave all cleaned dishes/pots in dish rack next to sink. Don't put dishes away-This helps cleaning crew for easy dish & pot inspection.
Guest should empty out refrigerator at check out. Please do not leave any food or beverages in the refrigerator.
Please bag trash in put in black city bin only. Only recycle items in blue bin. Trash must be in bags with bins lids close as animals will go through trash bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please wash all pots, pans and dishes used prior to departure. Leave all cleaned dishes and pots in the dish rack next to sink. Don't put dishes away.
Please observe quite hours 10:00pm - 7:00am
All trash must be removed upon check out into the city provided bins outside.
