Lovely vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean, my kids enjoyed the pool very much. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, over all is a great location.

Fun vacation

We enjoyed the pool and lanai. The property managers were great always responsive. The location of this house relating to shopping, dining out is good, not to far to drive. The house is laid out well and access to the garage is very nice, the house could use a refresh of paint, more comfortable seating furniture, beds, rugs, and kitchen restock of glasses, utensils, serving bowls, cookware, better sheets and pillows for beds.

GREAT HOUSE

The house was great! Clean, great location for our need. Pool was awesome! Was displeased with two things.... 1 - check-in and having to have someone come to the house was not convenient. She came at 9 am as no other times were available. Our kids were still asleep and while she was super nice it was not convenient. We did arrive the night before around 9pm which I told them was going to be happening. Never had this before with any property we've rented. 2. The "overage" on electricity was somewhat crazy. We paid a good bit to rent for 3 nights and still owed money on electricity (18.00). We have never had that before either. Just beware of the overage. That could get costly if you are there a week. (we were gone during the day for the kids to play baseball and we did not cook one meal at the house. We did not even turn on the oven, use the microwave and only used the dryer one time).

Family friendly

This property was very family friendly. The pool was prepped and the propane had pool toys for us to use. The binder provided great instructions and helpful ideas. We would recommend some work to get rid of ants that were around and in the pool.

The house was clean and well stocked. SWFL Rentals was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely look a little more south next time, but overall we had a pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Family vacation

Enjoyed stay for just a family vacation, the house is pretty cute and very nice interior, nice pool my kids loved to swim! And also the beds were very comfortable! Only thing cons ar just little bit lots of driving like going to the beach (sanibel island and captiva island abt 30to 40 min drive) shopping not so bad at maybe about 10min at least to publix or walmart. Very quiet neighborhood. Cleaning is pretty good except ceiling fans were dirty. As long we really did enjoy stay!

Family vacation

We rented the house for our family we had a wedding celebration and did not spend a lot of time at the house but they were very happy with the house, the kids have a lot of fun at the pool, they love the puzzle and other games. The kitchen have all you need. It was a good and pleasant experience for them. Thank you.

Villa Luisa

My husband and I spent the months of February and March 2021 at Villa Luisa. The kitchen was well stocked with incidental items. The bed was comfortable, and the television had many channels. There was a problem with the internet, but a new modem was installed. Duane at SWFL Real Estate Services was very helpful when we contacted him. The pool water was very warm - warmest pool we have ever had in our previous home rentals in Cape Coral. We had a very relaxing time and hated to leave!

We love Villa Luisa!

We (all retired women) had such a wonderful month at Villa Luisa. The salt water pool was great - a new experience for all of us. Everything was comfortable. We were sorry we missed the opportunity to rent it again for next February.

Thank you for your feedback, as it is extremely important to us so we may improve our services for future guests. We are sorry to hear about your problems with the water during your stay. This home is on a well, and so sometimes during bad storms it can go out for a short period of time. Because we are located in a tropical climate, bugs are more prevalent than other areas of the country. All of our homes are treated and maintained regularly with pest control, and if we ever receive reports of problems the property manager is quick to remedy the situation.
