Your space is a private, detached guesthouse with modern amenities and self check-in. Featuring tall ceilings, beaucoup natural light and midcentury modern vibes. Your stand-alone building is tucked behind your host's house on a quiet, residential street only accessible via a lockable gate. There are no shared walls. Steps away from historic Esplanade Avenue and Bayou Road. Walk to restaurants, cafes and many other locally owned businesses.

Located 1 mile from the French Quarter and 1/2 mile from Jazz Fest.

Your space consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor deck.

The bedroom contains a queen size bed, blackout curtains, dresser, ceiling fan and walk-in closet.

The spacious living room is fashioned with a futon couch that can be converted into a second bed, dining table, chairs and TV equipped with Google TV so you can access streaming services.

The kitchenette features all new appliances: full-size fridge/freezer, Nespresso pod coffee maker, French press coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, sink, utensils and tableware. Please note this is NOT a full kitchen - there is no stove or oven.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels and a hair dryer.

The private, outdoor deck has a patio bistro set of table and chairs.

The unit has central HVAC, you control the thermostat.

Street parking is available to guests.

We are located in New Orleans' Historic 7th Ward on Esplanade Ridge, half a block from the city's oldest street Bayou Road and 2 blocks from Esplanade Avenue, a beautiful oak tree lined thoroughfare. Bayou Road is a beloved neighborhood hub and commercial corridor with many locally owned businesses.
