Great neighborhood and location to the beach and main street for food, activities and nightlife. Parking was really hard even with a parking pass. The accommodations were a bit dusty and we had no broom to help sweep up any loose bits of sand; however, we had lots of space and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

This place was PERFECT for the weekend at the beach. Communication was clear with the owner. We were able to find the property easily. Everything is walkable by a block or two, including the beach. The only issue was parking since we were in such a convenient area. The place was small but comfortable. We found everything we needed.

Great location

Traveling with two young children, we wanted someplace that was convenient in getting around and easy to get to the beach. This location made that possible! The only thing I wish would have been different was that the thin metal railing at the top of the stairs made it very difficult to place a baby gate at for our one year old. Other than that it was great!

Great stay near the beach!

We had a great stay at this 2-bedroom apartment near Rehoboth Beach. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the boardwalk and everything downtown has to offer. Check-in was quick and easy, and the place was clean and well-equipped for our stay.The only minor issue we ran into was with the shared driveway. The neighbors occasionally parked their vehicles side-by-side, making it a bit tricky to walk through or pull our beach wagon. That said, they were friendly and moved their cars when we asked—so it wasn’t a huge deal, just something to be aware of.Overall, a great spot for a beach getaway!

This unit is in the perfect spot! So close to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. The street is residential so it’s quiet but just a block away from the boardwalk and the shops. Parking was interesting but we had been to Rehoboth before so we had a sense that finding permit parking during peak hours and seasons would be challenging so we were prepared. Just like one other review mentioned the rooms are bigger than they seem in the pictures. The check-in could be remote but my guess is they do in person check in and check out to make sure they get the parking pass back. We didn’t realize there was a unit below us so the morning after we checked in the nice older couple asked if we could keep it down because it was VERY loud for them the night before. Once we knew they were there we were more cautious and I’m hoping it was better. I would highly recommend this unit. Especially for a partial week stay or long weekend!!

We had a nice stay in Rehoboth and really appreciated the location. It made it so easy to get around and enjoy the beach and boardwalk. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a big plus for our family.That said, there were a few things that could be improved. Parking was more challenging than we expected. There were a handful of small maintenance issues (like the vacuum not working and some light bulbs out), and my husband joked that we could get a discount for tightening everything up. We also noticed a few cleanliness concerns when we arrived like crackers under the couch and a mattress cover that looked stained until I washed it.None of these things ruined our trip, but addressing them would make the place even more comfortable for future guests. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and amenities, and with a little extra attention to detail, this could be an excellent rental.

Great location, with some annoyances

41D is a cute apartment with a nice kitchen and proximity to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. It lost points, however, for a number of reasons. Street parking is very very difficult and is definitely a negative to this house--I understand this cannot be changed by the PM, but they should definitely be more upfront about it in the listing, instead of verbally telling you when you get there. Along that note, needing to pick up and drop off a welcome packet added complexity to the visit that wasn't worth the hassle. It's 2025 and you can't make an automated process work? While clean, the upkeep of the house needs some work. The bathroom doorknob was very loose, the toilet was broken, and there was mold in the washer. Finally, making guests provide their own linens and paper products is fine, but they should be explicitly called out. I wouldn't consider trash bags a "paper product", but they weren't provided and we had to make a last minute run to the store. Similarly, not providing a bath mat for a slippery tile floor is downright dangerous. Overall I would book the unit again, but strongly encourage the listing agent to set expectations better.

Amazing trip made possible by this rental

We had an amazing weekend in Rehoboth and I've been raving about how the Vrbo rental made it all so much better. This property is in an amazing location - once we checked into it, we didn't get in our car to go anywhere until we checked out. We walked to the beach, the boardwalk, to restaurants, to everything several times each day. It helped reduce the hassle of packing/unpacking the car and finding parking, and it helped us just explore and enjoy the city.The rental itself was a perfect size for us and our 1 y/o child. He was able to have a room all to himself, which means we were able to relax and sleep on our vacation! The common area gave us plenty of room to spread out and for him to play. This rental truly made our first trip to the beach as a family so much more memorable.The only hiccups were with entering the property. The unit ("D") marking was difficult to see until you were standing directly in front of the door. Also, the digital door knob was confusing to operate - it was difficult to get it to lock, and it's impossible to tell if it's actually locked from the inside. These issues were resolved after a bit of frustration by calling the property manager and searching Youtube. Finally, the rental comes with a parking permit for street parking, but those spots were almost always full. It's not clear what to do in that situation, though the property manager helped us figure it out.We will almost certainly stay here again for our next trip to Rehoboth!
