About this property

Cool New Dover Home

Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly constructed home in Dover! We are conveniently located near Portsmouth, Downtown Dover, and Durham (UNH). Whether you are here for vacation, work, or to visit family, we'll be delighted to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are able to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.


Bedrooms
Our master bedroom has a spacious king-sized bed and 50 inch television.
The two other bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed.
We provide an extra blanket and an air mattress as well.


Kitchen
We have a furnished kitchen with all the basic cooking needs:
- electric stove
- oven
- microwave
- pots and pans
- a variety of measuring cups and measuring tools
- salt, sugar, black pepper, and garlic powder

We provide a Keurig machine with provided Keurig cups. The refrigerator provides cold water and ice. We have an electric kettle for tea.

For easy cleanup, we have a garbage disposal unit built into the sink and a dishwasher.


Living Room
Enjoy the 70-inch television with all of your favorite streaming services on a large sofa in our centrally air-conditioned living room.

Willand Pond is a mere few minutes away.

Downtown Dover: right down the road is an assortment of restaurants (La Festa, Ichi Ramen, HONG Asian Noodle Bar, 99 Restaurants, Breakaway Cafe). For entertainment, you could visit the Children's Museum of New Hampshire, Dover Public Library, and Henry Law Park.

Portsmouth: Mall at Fox Run, Pease International Airport, Strawbery Banke Museum

Durham: visit New Hampshire's premier research institution, the University of New Hampshire

This was a beautiful new home in Dover. It was extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. It is on a fairly busy street but you are not able to hear the traffic when inside. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect fit

The house was perfect for our 4 family members in town for a high school graduation.The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The garage was a nice bonus on the rainy days. We appreciated the attention to detail and the convenient location.

Perfect location, close to everything!

Beautiful home and the property manager answered any questions very quickly. Everything went without a hitch. Check-in was flawless, the house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. They left water in the fridge (which we didn’t need), cute little toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms along with combs, shampoo, condition and body wash. This house had everything of we had forgotten something.

Exactly as advertised

Property appears to be new construction. The rooms were good sized. Beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked without issue. My only negative is that the home is located on a main thoroughfare. Traffic noise can be a bit much, but it quited down after about 9:30pm.My interactions with the owner were quick and easy. We got timely answers to the questuons we asked. If i have ti travel back into the atea, I would want yo use this property again.
