One of the worst accommodations I've stayed in. I'd think carefully before booking.
I was ghosted by the host for weeks before arrival and received no check-in information, even the day before and on the day itself. I only got in after calling and messaging the host more than ten times, and check-in ended up happening hours later than planned.
The apartment looks appealing in photos, but in person it's run down and in poor condition. There's no washing machine or dryer (just an outdoor rack), no working WiFi despite it being advertised, and no working AC despite it being advertised. Indoor temperatures were consistently very high, which made sleeping difficult and caused headaches most days. With no WiFi, I had to rely on mobile data for the whole trip, including for work.
There's only one key, and the fob doesn't always work, which meant I got locked inside the property at one point with no help from the host. Communication throughout the stay was essentially nonexistent. The host only responded once, at checkout, to ask for the key back.
The location itself is decent for the festival (5/10) - trains come every 30-40 mins, which is the one redeeming feature. Everything else made for a stressful, uncomfortable stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.
