Our vacation in #205 Futura Yacht Club was perfect. The condo is very comfortable, well stocked, great location and lots to do. Property and amenities are great. You can tell owner loves their condo.

Unit was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Can’t beat the pool & “beach.” The washer & dryer are in the hall shared with 5 other units but it wasn’t an issue. We booked again for next year.

My family and I had a great week at this property. My daughter loved the pool! The "beach area" was not what I expected but it's ok because the sunsets while sitting there were still amazing. The host was great to deal with and very easy to communicate with. Check in was great and fast as well. I just wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay at this property again.

A great time was had by all.

The unit was very comfortable , clean and well appointed. Check in and out was easy. The owner had lots of extra supplies on hand such as spices and cooking ingredients, paper goods , toiletries and even some charcoal left by previous renters that we found helpful. (We left some there For the next renters) The kitchen was well equipped, (the only thing needed were some mixing bowls),beds were comfortable,baths convenient. The grounds were nice with plenty of grills, picnic tables ,tennis courts, and a nice private beach area on the bay with a covered picnic table area and lawn chairs where we were able to watch a spectacular fireworks display on the over the Bay on the 4th of July. Nice pool area with covered dining area. Boat slips and fish cleaning station. Very convenient . Our family had a great time. We highly recommend this condo and Futura Yacht Club. The rental company was very efficient.

Almost a resort

The condo was decorated by someone who knew what they were doing. We were quite comfortable. The location was great. The pool was warm and large. The water walkways were spotless. The landscaping was very well done.
