🏖️ Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Newly upgraded villa with pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. 



🌅 This ideal property is perfect for families and groups that want to enjoy the Caribbean weather. Property can comfortably fit up to 10 guests



🌊 Comfortably blending beach life with city life. All you need to do is bring your bags! Uber is readily available & cheap. WELCOME TO ALL 



🏡✨We welcome all guests to our villa. 



It's a perfect stay for families, honeymooners, couple retreats, friends get-a-ways, business travelers, etc... 



⭐ This home has been a very popular Airbnb in the past, this listing is new due to a change in ownership. However the home and amenities have stayed the exact same. 



⚡ Our Villa is fully operational with power, water, and a backup generator that can power the whole house plus pool. 



Other Things to Note:



📌 Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability. My cohost Kelisin lives nearby and can assist if needed. 



📍The home is located in a gated neighborhood, right alongside the ocean. There are a few great restaurants within minutes of the house. 🚗 You can either rent a car, or use Uber or taxis to get around the area. 📌

❌ Loud music or noises are strictly prohibited. No parties, large gatherings, and additional guests are NOT allowed in this property.

Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States. 
⚡Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours. 



🔋 This property has a backup cistern and generator, but we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. 



📌 We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash.

I was initially concerned that the Vrbo was too good to be true before we arrived, as I had only used a different rental service before. Once we arrived at the location and gained access to the property, all those fears were washed away by the spacious property, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms/showers, and the outdoor pool space. Once we were there, any issues or questions I had were quickly addressed by the host. Just an FYI, you will receive the access information for the property the day of or the night before check-in. For our trip, we comfortably fit six guys (two or so to a room and one who chose the couch). The checkout instructions were straightforward and there is a grocery store within walking distance of the house. All in all, everyone was happy with the stay and the proximity to the beach and Lyft/Uber access.

Do not recommend. This property has so much potential, and it is suffering from neglect. Here is a partial list of what didn't work for us. No dishwasher. This is strange, as the checkout instructions hanging in the unit, indicate that the dishwasher should be filled prior to leaving. There are no dressers in any of the bedrooms. The wine fridge is broken, the outdoor refrigerator is full of frost, the A/C unit in the living room is excessively loud, the roller shade in the dining room is broken and laying in the closet, the glass shower door in the main bathroom is broken and doesn't close, the washing machine is full of mold, and the side of the house is filled with ladders and construction debris. The security codes for the house are all the same and need to be changed. The house has some nice qualities, but it's tough to notice with all the things that are wrong.

arrived and AC did not work in back rooms near pool. Was not cleaned upon arrival, things left in fridge, gum around the property, leftover trash in bushes and floor left bottom of our feet black inside the house starting on the first day. Overall a good property with nice location and host was great at communicating just seemed that the cleaners did not do a great job prior to us arriving.
