From Northern California retired from the water company, “IT Division”, I used to come to Daytona a lot for Bike Week so it only made since to move here after retiring . I love the ocean I love to live near the ocean I did also in Ca. Been here for 5 years best decision ever.

I’m located one block from intercoastal Way one a half miles from the beach. Great neighbor.
What makes this property unique
Cottage is located in my backyard behind my house and the house is the only two-story house on the block built in 1938. It looks very nice.
