We had a great stay at Madison’s cozy quaint cottage. It was walking distance to a local beach, shopping, and restaurants.

cosy cottage

was more than expected upon arrival. one AC looked to need a cleaning in the cooling housing, a few of the kitchen tableware and utensils needed washing prior to use. path to back door and too outdoor shower was very uneven and difficult to navigate, quite a few missteps but no injuries to major to shake off. Love it and hope to be back next year!

madison was a great host. the property was in a great location & the listing was accurately described. we loved the screened in porch. for the price, we felt as though the home itself could use some updates. if you’re comfortable with an old school, no frills cape house, you’ll be fine. the kitchen is outdated and the beds were so hard. we wish there was outdoor dining seating, and for the yard to have been fully fenced in since we brought our dog.

We loved this little cottage. The only suggestion we have would be to include a little notebook of the rules, nearby recommended places to eat, and where to buy groceries, etc. It took us all week to find the main tv remote which was down in the sofa fold-out bed but otherwise, everything worked. We really enjoyed the sun porch.
