I would say it was a good stay overall. It’s a very nice looking place and it’s right on the water which was what appealed to us the most. The communication with the host was excellent and timely. I think the issues that we came across for our stay was the cleanliness. It wasn’t major by any means, but the hot tub, grill, outdoor areas needed some love. We were in the lower house on the property with our dog and I will say I wish there was a patch of grass and a gate to the dock. There wasn’t anyone staying at the upper house so for a quick relief we used that yard. My only other critiques, and it could’ve been just me, was that the electric(?) fireplace wasn’t working. Also the couches, although super comfy, have some wear and tear especially the larger one. And fyi, the mattresses are firm.

We’re sorry some areas of the property didn’t receive the attention they should have before your arrival. We’ve shared your comments regarding the outdoor areas and maintenance items with our team so they can be addressed.
