The place is great if the location works for you. It’s not far from town and we found it convenient. The house itself is a cozy place to stay. The neighborhood is a beautiful place to get in walks, runs or biking if hills are your thing. If you have any ADA type issues, this may not be the best place. There are a number of small flooring changes and levels throughout. This wasn’t a concern for us, but it’s something to note. We all agreed that we’d definitely stay here again.

Comfortable getaway in Fairbanks
I highly recommend this property in Fairbanks if you are looking for a comfortable and quiet family getaway. It is spacious and has more than enough room for a family of four or five to spread out and enjoy themselves for an extended stay. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The beds were comfortable also. The management was super easy to work with as we had a few issues, and they worked with us and went above and beyond to make things work. It was much appreciated. The only issue I had with cleanliness was being surprised with a very full garbage can in the kitchen upon arrival. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Chena Hills Chill & Hot Soak! The house was clean, warm, cozy, and comfortable. We went to multiple popular aurora viewing locations, but the front yard of this house ended up giving us the best views of the Northern Light multiple nights in a row.
