Great location on the beach. Plenty of amenities, Beds were super comfortable. No issues with check in or check out. Host was quick to respond. If you need a home base for the travels up the coast (Hampton Beach, Portsmouth, Kittery) or down the coast (Gloucester, Rockport) this would be a good spot to stay.
