Sea Crest #2110 is on the first floor with quick access to the pool and the beach. Sea Crest features covered parking and an incredible landscaped courtyard with fountains. Within a few steps of Sea Crest you can find more restaurants, ice cream, shopping, coffee, putt putt golf and grocery stores at Coligny Plaza. Unit 2110 is 1,327 square feet and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully furnished and the owners have thought of everything you will need while staying at Sea Crest. This ocean side 2 bedroom/2 bath condo will be a true escape to paradise. There is a King in the master bedroom, and two doubles in the guest bedroom.

The condo is in a great location! It is walking distance to everything in Coligny. The pools are fantastic and Pool Bar Jim’s is fun and convenient.

Lovely condo in a great location

This condo is right on the beach and across the street from Coligny plaza - so easy to get to everything! The unit itself is well divided offering plenty of space.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!

We had a great time staying in this condo! It is located near the elevators, pools and beach. Furnishings were nice and comfortable, but we would have liked having blankets on the bed as the quilts bedspreads were very thin. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. We would choose to stay here again!

Pro- location to beach and dining/shopping. Con- misinformed about amenities and poor communication. Was very important to us that we could swim so before deciding to book I asked, and was told pool was open but not heated, which in fact both outdoor and indoor pools were closed. When I mentioned they said they didn’t recall the conversation. When I sent proof of the conversation they ghosted me and never responded again. No apology, no compensation for the wrong information. I would’ve booked elsewhere with accessible pools. Internet went out for a day too and sat around waiting to have someone show to fix. It went in and out a few times during the week. Place looks nice from photos but a few things like bathroom door didn’t lock, recliner didn’t recline, no binder with any information on the place or area, no blankets just bedding and it was cold. They also list tennis as an amenity and there’s no tennis on site, 20 min walk to public tennis courts. Mattress covers make the beds so loud with every time you move. I think the biggest thing for me, though was owners integrity. There was no acknowledgment that I was misinformed about the pool, which would’ve landed us renting elsewhere… no apology no compensation.

I love staying here but the unit we stayed in this time was not up to standards we are used to when staying at Seacrest.The bathrooms need to be updated, half of the plugs don’t work and the door stops are coming off.

I would not recommend this unit. Needs a lot of TLC

This rental needs a lot of maintenance and basic upkeep done. It was dirty and things were shoved everywhere in closets and cabinets. Only one kitchen dish towel and wash cloth. Washer and dryer sounded like they were falling apart when running. It to almost 3 hours to get load of towels dry. Small refrigerator whistled while running. Dust was accumulated on all vents and ceiling fans.

All of the issues mentioned in this review have since been resolved. Our staff has had a kitchen inventory done in this unit, which included adding any missing items and straightening up all cabinets and closets. The dryer vent and A/C vents have been cleaned and cleared, and the small refrigerator is being removed. The owner has also begun doing some necessary upgrades in the unit. These upgrades include, brand new Smart TV's, replacing the stove and dishwasher, a fresh coat of paint, and new patio furniture. A deep clean will also be done shortly after the work is complete.

Very accommodating and were quick to respond to any questions. Unfortunately we discovered that one of the a/c units wasn’t working. When I contacted the rental company about it, they came out right away. The also kept us in the loop regarding repairs which was so nice to have that line of communication. They even gave us a partial refund due to the inconvenience. (I didn’t ask for one as it wasn’t their fault but they were respectful and provided one due to the unit not being as it should be). I would definitely rent this Villa and through this company again. Both are amazing!

Love sea crest

Sea crest villas are our go to spot to stay when traveling to Hilton Head Island. This was our first time using seashore vacations. I would recommend mailing or emailing codes as having to stop at the office was a bit inconvenient for my family as we were getting there after hours. The room was not up to our standards in cleanliness. I have a change over cleaning business at home and I would have never left a place I cleaned in this condition. Bed coverings had blood stains on them had to call to get new ones but couldnt reach anyone til Monday and we checked in on Saturday. Once I got someone they brought new blankets right away. Other than that our stay was great. The room is at a very convenient location to all the amenities offered at the condo complex. The vayk gear provided was very convenient as well. Very thankful to not have to pack beach chairs or bikes for the trip. All in all our stay was nice! The kitchen even had a crockpot that we used for dinners.

This particular unit in which we stayed was, for the most part, very disappointing. Upon entering the unit, we were excited but that quickly dissipated after realizing how unkempt the unit was. After settling in, my wife disinfected the entire unit - it was VERY dirty. She literally cleaned the entire place - bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen - because it was disgusting. Additionally, it was very damaged and outdated. Did we make do? Yes - we're on vacation, but would we stay here again? No.

Reviewer Comments: The location is right on the beach and next to Coligny Plaza which has restaurants and shops and a grocery store...great location! The condo is not well maintained. It definitely needs updated, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The condo itself was dirty and there were areas in the kitchen that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The family room sofa was comfortable, as were the beds. The "balcony" has two worn, plastic chairs and really not enough room for anything more than that. The management company agent got very snippy with me, although I realize that we had unusual circumstances and I was frustrated, but there was no reason for his rudeness. And the condo still uses a key, not a keypad, which is a real inconvenience.

We appreciate the time spent for sending this review and we will gladly resend housekeeping units whenenver a guest is not satisfied with the condition of their rental property. We agree and would love to put SeaCrest on a keypad entry but the steel doors cause a huge labor and equipment problem that we are working to resolve.
