Our shower was functioning properly after the previous guest’s checkout, as we always ensure everything is in working order between stays. After your stay, we did notice the drain was running slowly; however, this did not affect the positive rating we gave you, as we understand that issues like hair in drains can happen. We’re sorry for any inconvenience you experienced, and we will be adding signage to remind guests to keep hair out of the drains.
