This home offers Direct boat access to the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges and includes a deep water boat slip. All boats, including sailboats, are welcome and less than 15 minutes to the river. This tastefully decorated 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home on the water truly has it all. Enjoy the gorgeous saltwater heated pool and spa overlooking the water that are yours when you are done boating, beach combing, or exploring for the day. Beaches are just 25-30 minutes away. Forget about how cold it is back home. Entertain your guests on the over-sized, gorgeously paved, screened-in lanai. You will not be disappointed. Watch sunrises from the dock. This home has a King size bed in the master and a queen bed in both guest rooms; plenty of room for the family! Washer and dryer in the residence (not in the garage) makes life that much easier. House and lanai/pool area were beautiful and very relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean. Location was .7 of a mile off a main road with restaurants/shopping. Neighborhood was very quiet. Rarely saw neighbors.

My best friend and I rented the house for a girls getaway. The house is beautiful and the cleanliness is top notch. The pool and spa were amazing and so relaxing. We spent hours each day in the pool. The neighborhood was also amazing. We loved being in the pool and looking at the view of the canal. We will book this home again if we come back to the area. We were sad to leave.
