We traveled to Athens for the Georgia vs Bama game. The condo exceeded our expectations and we're looking forward to returning for another visit sometime soon. Toni is a great host - excellent communication and check-in instructions.The location was close to a Kroger and walkable to a great breakfast spot (Farmtable). A short Uber ride got us to Five Points and close to Sanford and uptown bars.

The modern loft vibe is very fun, and the condo was well appointed. There are a lot of stairs, but we didn't have any issue with that. We had a great game day weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was immaculate. The beds were comfy and the curtains kept the early morning light out well. It also was very quiet. Its location was a very quick drive to Hull Parking deck and The Tate Student center at UGA. Toni’s communication made everything so easy. She also very kindly left lots of snacks and waters. I highly recommend this condo.
